Step Back to 1928

What do you picture? What do you hear? Do you hear the sounds of footsteps and laughter down the corridors? Do you think of a small town where there is little unknown between the community and the next step in life is nothing more than another test of mental stability? Or do you picture beautiful streams, peaking mountains, the sounds of horse-drawn carriages, few automobiles and the smell of a farm in the distance? Or is it an assortment?

The original schoolhouse was built in the late 1800’s. It was rebuilt in 1928 after a devastating fire and then later came an addition of the Daly Gym. This is just the absolute smallest snippet of this beautiful piece of architectural history, but it’s significant (just stop and resonate; tell me what you imagine).
